Why can't I redeem the amount I want?

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to redeem your desired amount:

1. Playthrough Requirements: You must use Sweeps Cash to play games at least once before you can redeem it for cryptocurrency or prizes.
2. Minimum Redemption Limit: You must redeem at least 100 SC per redemption. 
3. Maximum Redemption Limit: You can't redeem more than 3000 SC per day.
