There are a few reasons why your redemption may not have gone through immediately.
- Network Traffic: A short delay is common. Typically the delay shouldn't be longer than a few minutes, but it may take up to an hour.
- Mismatched Token and/or Network: If you redeem to a different token or use a different network than the one(s) associated with your 'Redeem to' wallet address, we will not receive your redemption. This may result in a loss of funds.
You can always check on the status of your redemption. If the status says 'Pending', that means your purchase is processing and will be complete as soon as network traffic resolves.
