How can I see my redemption history or check the status of a recent redemption?

To see the history of your past redemptions, including the status of each:

1. On the left side, click on 'Activity'
2. Click on the 'Redemptions' tab

Alternatively, you can also do the following:

1. On the left side, click on 'Account'
2. A pop up will appear on the right side, click 'Activity'
3. Click on the 'Redemptions' tab

For each redemption you've made, you will see the following information: 

• Amount of Sweeps Cash redeemed
• Amount and type of cryptocurrency received
• Link to the blockchain transaction
• Link to the recipient wallet
• Status (Pending, Complete, or Failed)
  • Learn more about why redemptions might be Pending or Failed
• Date and time of redemption, in your local time zone
