Your MyPrize username is the name other users see when you play, chat, or participate in creator rooms. When you first create an account, MyPrize may assign a random username automatically. You can change it any time in your account settings.
Usernames must be unique and must be at least 5 characters long. If the username you want is already taken, you will need to choose a different one. If you plan to share your referral link, we recommend selecting a username you are comfortable keeping long term, since your username is also tied to your referral code.
Changing your username does not change your account balances, verification status, or play history. However, it can affect how friends find you and how your referral link works. If you have shared an older referral link, you may need to share your updated referral link after changing your username.
Steps
- Select your profile icon.
- Select Account Details.
- Edit your username and save.
If you run into an error while saving, refresh the page and try again. If the issue continues, contact Support and include the username you are trying to use.
