How and why should I provide personal information to verify my account?

To comply with all local regulatory requirements and maintain responsible gameplay, users must verify their account prior to taking certain actions. 

To play or make any purchases, you must confirm your account information by providing the following:

• Address
• Date of birth

To redeem prizes, play more than 2000 SC, or give tips, you must verify your identity by providing the following information: 

• Identity document

To verify your account:

2. Click on 'Account Verification'
3. Click 'Start'
4. Enter the requested information 

Accounts are typically verified within 5 minutes.
