If your verification status shows as pending or under review, it usually means our system could not automatically confirm your information and a manual review is required. This is normal and does not automatically mean there is a problem with your account.
Manual reviews can take up to three days depending on volume and complexity. During this time, you may be temporarily restricted from redemptions or certain features until verification is complete.
The most common reasons verification remains pending include minor differences in how information is entered, unclear document images, or additional compliance checks. If we need more information, you will receive an email explaining exactly what is required.
While waiting, avoid submitting multiple duplicate verification attempts unless instructed. This can sometimes reset the review process. If your review exceeds three days and you have not received an email, contact Support with your account email so we can check the status.
