Bonuses such as rakeback, level up bonuses, and referral rewards typically require a 1x playthrough before becoming redeemable. Until that requirement is completed, those funds remain restricted.
You can track playthrough progress directly in your Wallet. By reviewing the breakdown, you can see how much playing is required before prizes move into your redeemable amount.
If you believe your redeemable prizes are incorrect, check your recent bonus claims and play history in Activity. If something does not appear accurate, contact Support with the relevant timestamps for review.
