If your redemption status shows as pending, it means your request is still being processed. This can happen for several reasons.
When using USDC, the crypto transaction could be waiting for network confirmations. Network congestion can increase confirmation times, especially during busy periods on Ethereum. This does not mean there is an issue with your account. It simply reflects blockchain traffic conditions. If a transaction hash is available, you can use it to track confirmations on a blockchain explorer.
You can check the status of your redemption by opening Activity and selecting the Redeem tab.
If your redemption has been pending longer than expected and no updates are visible, contact Support and include your account email and redemption details so we can review it for you.
