MyPrize Packs lets you open collectible card packs online and instantly reveal what's inside. Once a card is revealed, you decide what happens next:
- Ship your card to your address.
- Sell eligible cards back to MyPrize for instant value you can use on the platform.
You'll find Packs in the main navigation under Packs (myprize.us/packs) — this is where you browse all available packs. Select any pack to open its page, where you buy packs, open them, and watch openings happen. Your opened cards live in My Packs, which you can open from within a pack to view your cards and manage shipments.
Tip: After you open a pack, you have a short window to choose to ship or sell your card. If you don't take an action in time, the card is automatically sold back to your balance.
How Packs work, step by step

- Hit RIP and watch your card reveal.
- Your card is added to My Packs.
- Choose to ship or sell your card back within the action window.
Opening Packs
Are the cards real?
Yes. Every card you open through MyPrize is an authentic, physical collectible card. Some cards come as professionally graded slabs — authenticated and sealed in a protective case with their grade. Your cards are securely held and managed in My Packs until you choose to ship or sell them.
How do I open a pack?
- Select the pack you want to open.
- Purchase the pack.
- Hit RIP and watch your card reveal.
- Your card is added to My Packs.
- Choose to ship or sell the card back within the action window.
What happens if I pull a valuable card?
Congratulations! Your card is automatically added to your account. From there you can:
- Ship it to your address.
- Sell it back to MyPrize instantly and have the value added back to your balance.
After You Open a Pack
Once your card is revealed, you have a short window to decide what to do with it.
What are my options after opening?
You can either:
- Ship the card to your address, or
- Sell the card back to MyPrize for instant value added to your balance.
What happens if I don't do anything?
If you don't ship or sell a card within 3 hours of opening it, the card is automatically sold back to MyPrize and its value is added to your balance. Be sure to request shipping within that window if you want to keep the physical card.
Where do I see my cards?
You can view your revealed cards in My Packs, where you'll see details such as the card name, set, and current status.
Shipping Your Cards
How do I ship my cards?
- Go to My Packs.
- Select the card(s) you want delivered.
- Choose Request Shipment.
- Confirm your delivery address.
- Pay the applicable fees.
- Your cards are prepared and shipped.
Remember to request shipping within 3 hours of opening a pack — otherwise the card is automatically sold back.
Are there fees to ship my cards?
Yes. A handling fee applies per card, and shipping costs are calculated when you submit your shipment request based on the details of your order. Any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking so you can follow your cards on their way to you.
Selling Cards Back
Can I sell my cards back to MyPrize?
Yes. Eligible cards can be sold back instantly for value added to your MyPrize balance. When a sell-back offer is available:
- Select your card.
- Choose Sell Back.
- Review your offer.
- Accept the offer.
- The value is added to your MyPrize balance right away.
The balance you receive can be used across the platform. Not every card is eligible for sell-back, and offers are shown at the time of sale. Remember, any card you don't ship or sell within 3 hours of opening is automatically sold back for you.
Where Packs Are Available (and Paying with USD)
Packs are available more widely than our sweepstakes games — including in states where sweepstakes-style play isn't offered, such as California. Availability can vary by state, so the exact experience you see depends on where you're located.
How do I pay for packs in my state?
There are two models depending on your location:
- In most states, you play packs using your standard MyPrize sweeps balance.
- In states where sweepstakes play isn't offered (for example, California), Packs run on a US Dollar (USD) model. You add USD to your balance and use it to purchase and open packs.
Can I use my USD balance to play slots or other casino games?
No. In these states, your USD balance is for Packs only and cannot be used to play slot games or other casino-style games. It's dedicated to buying and opening packs (and covering related costs like shipping).
Is Packs available everywhere?
Availability depends on your location. If Packs or a specific pack isn't available where you are, you'll see a message letting you know. If you're using a VPN or proxy, disable it and try again, since it can affect your detected location. For the latest list of supported locations, check the MyPrize Help Center.
Playing Together with Creators (Play Together)
Play Together is MyPrize's live streaming experience. Creators go live on the site and open packs in real time, so you can catch rare pulls, special collections, and big reveals as they happen.
Can I play behind the packs creators open?
If you're in a state where Sweeps play is available, yes — you can play behind the packs a creator opens live, just like you can with other casino games on MyPrize.
What if playing behind packs isn't available in my state?
In states that use the USD Packs model (such as California), playing behind packs isn't available right now — but keep your eyes peeled for updates. You can still watch creators' live streams and follow the action anytime.

My card arrived, but it's not the card I selected. What do I do?
We take card accuracy seriously. If you receive the wrong card:
- Contact MyPrize Support.
- Provide the following:
- Order number
- Card received
- Card expected
- Photos of the card received and the packaging
