Most login issues happen when you try to log in using a different method than the one you used when you created your account. For example, if you signed up with Google, you must continue using Google login. If you signed up with an email and password, you must use that same email and password.
This is especially common when a user tries Google login because it feels faster, but their account was originally created with email. It can also happen if you have multiple Google accounts and accidentally select the wrong one.
If you are sure you are using the correct login method and still cannot log in, check whether you are using a VPN. A VPN can cause location-based access issues and may prevent you from logging in even when your credentials are correct.
Steps
- Try logging in with your original registration method.
- Turn off any VPN and refresh the page.
- If you still cannot log in, contact Support with your account email.
