If you want to permanently close your MyPrize account, our Support team can help. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you are looking for a temporary break instead, we recommend using Break in Play or Self Exclusion. These tools are designed for responsible play and are available directly in your account settings.
Before requesting account closure, we strongly recommend reviewing your prizes and redeeming anything eligible. Once an account is closed, access will not be available to complete redemptions later. If you have bonuses, keep in mind that they may not be redeemable unless playthrough requirements have been met.
To request closure, contact Support through the Help Center. For security, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing the request.
