Keeping your MyPrize account secure is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your rewards and your personal information. Most account issues can be prevented by following a few basic security habits.
If you signed up using an email and password, we recommend using a strong password that you do not reuse on other websites. Password reuse is one of the most common reasons accounts can be compromised. If you signed up via a third party login, that account’s security settings will apply.
Avoid sharing your login details with anyone, even if they claim to be a creator, moderator, or Support agent. MyPrize Support will never ask you for your password. If someone asks for your password or requests you to send funds to an address outside of the Wallet system, treat it as suspicious.
If you log in from a shared device, always log out after your session. On mobile, avoid using unofficial apps or browser extensions that claim to enhance gameplay.
