If you signed up for MyPrize using an email and password, you can reset your password directly from the login page. Password resets are handled securely through email, so you must have access to the inbox for the email address associated with your account.
If you signed up using a third party login like Google, you will need to reset your password through that platform directly.
If you request a password reset and do not receive an email, check your spam folder. Some email providers may filter password reset emails. If you still do not receive it, contact Support so we can confirm whether the email address is correct and help you regain access.
Steps
- Go to the MyPrize login page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your account email and submit.
- Open your email and follow the reset link.
For security reasons, password reset links expire after a period of time. If your link expires, simply request a new one from the login page.
