In accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy, if you want to pause your account, we offer two options:
- Break In Play
- Self-Exclusion
Break in Play:
If you want to take a short break from gaming with us, you can do so by taking a time out for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 2 months, or 3 months. Once you begin your time out, you will not be able to use your account for gaming, although you will still be able to log in to redeem any remaining balance. A break in play is final and irreversible, so it will not be possible to reactivate your account until your chosen period has ended.
Self-Exclusion:
If you feel you are at risk of developing a social gaming problem or believe you currently have a social gaming problem, please consider using Self-Exclusion which prevents you from playing on MyPrize US for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years. Once you use Self-Exclusion, you will not be able to use your account for gaming or redeeming any remaining balance. Prior to requesting your exclusion, please redeem your account balance. The MyPrize US Responsible Gaming Policy and Controls may prohibit Excluded Users from accessing any aspect of the platform following a user's exclusion request. Self-Exclusion is final and irreversible, so it will not be possible to reactivate your account until your chosen period has ended.

To initiate either type of pause:
- Click on the Account Profile button in the top right corner of your account
- Click on 'Self Exclusion'
- Request the desired type of pause
- Select the desired duration
- Click 'Confirm'
