How do I make a purchase?

Before you can make a purchase, you must confirm your account information.

To purchase Gold coins (and receive complimentary Sweeps Cash):

  1. Click on the Wallet icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. In the 'Buy Gold Coins' section, select the amount of Gold coins you'd like to purchase. Every Gold coin purchase includes complimentary Sweeps Cash, as indicated in the options presented. 
  3. Select the payment method you'd like to use: Crypto, Card, or Linked Account. 

For Crypto: 

  1. Select the token and network you'd like to use. You must use a supported cryptocurrency token.
  2. Using your cryptocurrency wallet, scan the QR code or copy the address to send your payment. Please make sure you transfer the correct token using the correct network, otherwise it may result in a loss of funds.

For Card:

  1. Enter the amount you'd like to purchase. There is a $30 USD minimum transaction requirement on MoonPay.
  2. Enter your email address and confirm the verification code sent to your email.
  3. Set up your MoonPay account and enter your card details. If you cannot add your desired card, that means your bank does not accept MoonPay transactions.
  4. Review and confirm your order. 

For Linked Account: 

  1. Select the type of account you'd like to link. 
  2. Follow the steps to link your account. 
  3. Review and confirm your order.

Depending on network traffic, your transfer may take a few minutes to process. This is expected and normal. 

The amount of Gold coins you will receive is an estimation based on current cryptocurrency exchange rates. Since exchange rates can change every second, the exchange rate may change slightly by the time your payment is complete. You will receive the amount of Gold coins that's commensurate with your payment amount at the time your payment is processed. 

If you transfer a different amount of funds than was indicated in the option you selected above, your payment will still go through. The amount of Gold coins (and complimentary Sweeps Cash) you receive will be prorated up or down according to current cryptocurrency exchange rates. 

You can always check on the status and confirm the details of your purchase in your Activity History.
