If you don't already own cryptocurrency, MyPrize integrates with MoonPay to allow you to purchase supported tokens using your debit card, credit card, or bank account. This provides a direct path to getting started without needing a separate external exchange account.
How to Purchase
- Select Crypto as your Method: Navigate to the purchase page and choose the Crypto as your payment option.
- Choose MoonPay: Scroll down the page and select the option to buy via MoonPay.
- Verify Your Identity: If it is your first time using MoonPay, you will be required to complete a quick KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
- Complete Payment: Enter your payment details and confirm the transaction.
Important Notes
- Delivery Time: While MoonPay transactions are often fast, they can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to process and reflect in your MyPrize account due to blockchain confirmations.
- Network Fees: MoonPay purchases include standard network fees and a processing fee. Always check the final amount before confirming.
- Verification: Ensure the information provided to MoonPay matches your MyPrize account details to avoid processing delays or flags.
- MoonPay purchases have a minimum of 30 SC per transaction. If you attempt less than the minimum, the transaction will not process.
If your MoonPay transaction is marked as "Successful" but your funds have not appeared on MyPrize after 60 minutes, please contact Support with your MoonPay transaction ID.
