Using crypto on MyPrize is straightforward, but accuracy is critical. When purchasing with crypto, you must match both the token and the network exactly as shown in your Wallet. Sending the correct token on the wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds.
To begin, open Wallet and select Crypto. You will see the supported tokens and the corresponding crypto address. Copy the crypto address exactly as shown. Do not manually type the address, as even a small mistake can cause the funds to be sent elsewhere.
Once you send the transaction from your external wallet or exchange and blockchain confirmations are completed, the purchase will appear in your Activity. Confirmation times vary depending on network traffic.

- Select Crypto.
- Copy the crypto address shown.
- Send the correct token on the correct network from your wallet.
If your blockchain transaction does not appear after confirmations, check that the token and network matched exactly. If you are unsure, contact Support and provide the transaction hash for review.
