If your crypto purchase is not showing in your MyPrize account, the most common reason is blockchain confirmation delay. Each network requires a certain number of confirmations before funds are credited. During periods of heavy traffic, confirmations can take longer than usual.
Another possible reason is a token or network mismatch. If you sent the correct token but selected the wrong network, the funds may not arrive properly. Always verify both details before sending.
To troubleshoot, open your external wallet and locate the transaction hash. Use a blockchain explorer to confirm that the blockchain transaction is complete and successful. Then check your Activity page under Purchases to see whether it is listed as pending.
If the transaction is confirmed on chain but still not visible in your account, contact Support and include the transaction hash, token, network, and amount. This allows our team to review the blockchain transaction efficiently.
